Fire of Ethics · Russian-language pilot in 2026 · English cohort to follow

Thirty days that change your character, not your mood

A free 30-day practice of attention, speech and work: 25 minutes a day, twelve qualities of character, Roerich paintings as tuning forks, and measurements instead of promises. No belief required, no organisation to join, leave any day.

The method draws on a Russian ethical tradition a century old — Living Ethics (Agni Yoga) — whose texts entered the public domain in 2026 and are open to everyone at agniyoga.org. We name the source on Day 15, once you have your own experience rather than someone else's labels.

How it works

Every morning: a painting and one question. During the day: one small, daring practice — three breaths before answering a barb, a precise “thank you”, the call you have been carrying for nine days. Evening: three honest lines of fact. Four Sunday circles of 90 minutes where everyone speaks for three minutes and the rest simply listen.

What we measure

Three scales — steadiness of attention, evenness of reactions, clarity of “why” — on day 0, day 30 and day 90, plus a diary of facts a bystander could have seen. The threshold that decides whether the method works: at least 40% of participants with a living practice on day 90. Results are published, including what did not work.

What we never do

No guru, no fees at any level, no pressure or retention, no promises of miracles, no polemics with religions, no referral schemes. Silence counts as full participation. The door opens both ways — that is a principle, not politeness.

English materials. The one-day file and the 30-day course are being translated; an English cohort is planned after the Russian pilots prove the protocol. If you would like to help translate or to be notified, write to us — in English is fine.
